Welcome to the Central Valley portion of the CBOA website.

PRESIDENTS WELCOME MESSAGE Welcome to the Central Valley Officials Basketball Officials Association. We provide officiating services to the counties of Tulare, Kings and portions of Fresno and Kern. Our membership is open to those that are interested in learning the skills and knowledge required to officiate basketball at all levels. We strive to provide the highest level of service to our member schools and our member officials through the use of the curriculum designed and updated by The CBOA.
